Our management team and hotel staff are at your service, ensuring that every aspect of your experience meets the highest standards of comfort and satisfaction.

To help you fully enjoy your time with us, we kindly ask you to take note of the following amenities and services we offer:

Front Office:

Reception hours: 07:00-23:00

  • Express Check-Out Service
  • Central Safe Box available at Reception
  • Luggage Drop-off Area
  • Weighing Scale for Luggage
  • Parking available in front of the hotel for check-in/check-out
  • Free parking near the hotel
  • Free Wi-Fi in all Rooms and Public Areas
  • Check-In: 14:00 hrs
  • Check-Out: 12:00 hrs

Housekeeping Service:

  • Rooms are cleaned daily.
  • Room towels are changed every second day
  • Linen is changed three times weekly
  • Amenities replenished as needed
  • Mini fridge in all rooms
  • Kettle and coffee/tea materials

Additional Services:

  • Daily cleaning service for all public areas
  • Iron and ironing board available upon request
  • Boarding pass printing, free of charge
  • Library corner

Extra Services:

  • Early Check-In / Late Check-Out (Subject to availability; extra charges may apply)
  • Airport Transfers and Transportation Services across Crete (Extra charges apply)
  • Information about the area and excursion bookings
  • Car rentals
  • Private tours around the island and to Santorini
  • Pet-friendly accommodation (extra charges apply)

Breakfast:

  • Serving hours: 08:30 until 11:00
  • Late breakfast: 11:00 until 11:30
  • For your early morning excursions, we prepare breakfast boxes. Please order at reception the day before, by 12:00 hrs.

Pool Area:

  • Swimming is allowed from 10:00 until 19:00 hrs.
  • Please check our board for pool safety rules.
  • You will also find an open shower, toilets, and shower rooms.
  • To prevent accidents, we kindly request that you avoid entering the lobby area and the elevator while you are wet.

Hotel Policies and Terms of Use:

Non-residents:

Non-residents are welcome on the hotel premises with a purchase.

Beverage Service:

  • To ensure the well-being of all our guests, our staff follows specific guidelines regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Alcohol will not be served to guests displaying signs of excessive consumption.
  • Alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone under 18 years of age.
  • Please be aware that our hotel is required to comply with Greek regulations, which permit the management to refuse service to intoxicated guests.

Food Consumption:

  • For your comfort and safety, we kindly request that you inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to your arrival. This will enable us to personalize your experience and ensure a delightful and worry-free stay.

Personal Belongings:

  • We advise you to keep your money and other valuable items secure. Each guest is responsible for their personal belongings, and the hotel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables or documents. Safe boxes are available in both the rooms and at reception.
