Kokkini Hani is a coastal town on the island of Crete, located km west of Iraklion, following the National Road Iraklion - Agios Nikolaos, built at the bay of the same name.

It is the seat of the municipality of Hersonissos. In addition to that, Kokkini Hani is famous for the archaeological site, and of course its gorgeous sandy beach, which attracts thousands of visitors every year.

ACCESS 

The easiest way in order to come to Kokkini Hani is by the bus from the capital city of Crete, Heraklion. From the city of Heraklion (the bus station is located near the port) there is regular public transportation available for visiting
